Well, just like the airlines sometimes used to throw some free tickets here and there, is there a thing like that happening with cruises?
Answer :
None of the major cruise lines offer free cruises to the general public. Save some money and take a 3/4 night cruise during the off-peak season for under $150pp
Hope I helped!
Answer :
I would be very careful with this. Ever heard the term "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." ?
I think it's going to be extremely hard to find a "free" cruise unless, like others have mentioned, you win it from a contest, (read my above caution), or a complimentary cruise by having sailed many, many times previously with the same cruise company, and have spent mega bucks. Sometimes if you attend a meeting for timeshares, or buy a new car, boat, or condo, they'll offer a vacation package. But there's almost always a catch to it somewhere. VERY FEW things in life are 100% free with no strings attached.
There are a few stories out there of cruisers having a bad experience or circumstance that warranted compensation of some sort, by the cruise company, which "sometimes" resulted in a complimentary cruise. These weren't exactly free, though. The cruisers did initially pay for their trip, but something went wrong, and the cruise company was kind enough to re-emberse them.
There's an old saying, "The squeaky wheel gets the grease." Sometimes.... complaining about something (whether it's legitimate or not) enough can get you what you want, but the expense is that it makes the person submitting the complaint look really bad. I don't advise that approach!
Good luck with your search. Meanwhile, consider saving up some $$, so that if you aren't able to find one for free, you'll still eventually be able to go on cruise, if that is something you really want to do.
Answer :
Sorry there is no such thing as free cruise. Get a job, start saving, and you will be able to cruise.
Look for sales and discounts - Carnival Cruise is one of the least expensive. Start with a three day Caribbean cruise - maybe about $70 a day - you will be able to find on at that price. Includes cabin and food - pop, drinks, tips, excusions are extra.
Good luck - start saving. Its well worth the price.
Answer :
You cant get a free cruise vacation, but If you book at the last minute you will get a killer deal. And by last minute i mean even one week before departure. You still have to pay for airline too though.
When you book at last minute the cruise line will give it out at up to 90% off just to fill space.
Answer :
Try this site www.onboardclassifieds.com and click on Cruise For Free link. That's the only one I found so far that offers any kind of intelligent way of sorting and searching for this kinds of stuff and it's legit. Other sites are all freaking timeshares and you don't want to give them your info... they will never leave you alone. Good luck.
Answer :
Only way is if you are someone who has cruised with the line lots and lots of time, you then can get a 7 day cruise comped to you, but you'd need to take upwards of 25 week long cruises.

and what this spacific story was called. It was so touching.
Broadcasted on 91.5FM in the Chicago area... Northland Story Telling channel or something like that.
It's a man telling the story. Names in the story were, Morley (wife) Brian... I can't think of the other names...
But it was a story about a middle aged married couple going on a cruise that Morley's mom gave them tickets too because she didn't feel up to going on. Morley's husband realized that its an old person cruise... Morley gets seasick and spends the whole story in the room. Her husband meets a little old man that is different than all the others. He gets the old man to bunjee jump off the side of the ship, race wheelchairs with the other elders.. and the old man shares lovely stories of his past.
When Morley and her husband return home a few months later they get a letter from a woman they dont know. In the letter she sais, "You don't know me, but you knew my father. He spoke fondly of you and all the adventures you and he had on one of his little cruise adventures. I thought he would die on one of his cruises, he loved them so much. But after meeting you, he came home. I hadn't spoke to him in years but he moved in. I'm sorry to tell you that he died last week. But he died watch extreme wrestling. You made a profound impact on his life, and I wanted to thank you."
Can anyone find me the recording of this? please please. I cry everytime I think about this story.

Buy miles and get cashback on discover card?
right now discover has 5% cash back going on from mar1 - mar 31 and any purchases for airline tickets, cruises etc will qualify. I am planning on buying some miles on Delta for my ticket purchase? does any one know if this might "qualify" for the cash back as IAm not buying a ticket? even though Iam buying miles it might post as a purchase on Delta.com
Answer :
I'm sorry, but it won't. The purchase has to be specifically for airline ticket(s) which include (a) corresponding ticket number(s). Airlines automatically furnish the ticket number electronically with the purchase to the credit card companies as part of the transactional data.
Any non-ticket purchase, including any penalties or change fees will be treated as any other purchase. The only exception would be in the case of an increase in actual airfare for which you should still receive the additional 5% bonus on the difference as, from both the airline and credit card processors' perspective, a new ticket number is generated with the original ticket (and ticket number) being applied as partial form of payment.
Best of luck. I hope this helps.

How much would a 2 week vacation in Egypt cost?
2 weeks to do major sites. Including Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, 3 night nile cruise, 2-3 other cities. Budget for food, cruise, accomodation, sightseeing, local transport., trains btwn cities. NOT INCLUDING FLIGHT TICKET.
Answer :
Well it all depends on what kind of accomdation. Food you can estimate, but then again if u like to eat in expensive restaurants of course that will change things. You can get nightly hotels as little as $20usd and as much as 500usd so without more info I cant really give u a total. But Ill say minimum 100usd a day.
Answer :
it would cost a least 2000.00 dollars...maybe 3000.00
at least $2500.00 including travel costs.
